Elementary Principal Angie Pohl
My name is Angie Pohl and I am privileged to be principal at Vista View Elementary and One91 Virtual Academy K-5 principal. We have wonderful students, families, and staff and I'm excited to get to know all of you and partner with you to support the learning and development of our students.
I am dedicated to our One91 mission of Each Student. Future Ready. Community Strong. To me this means working together with our staff and families to create a safe, welcoming learning community in which each and every one of our students grows and develops academically, socially, and emotionally. It means sparking wonder for our elementary students, helping them develop curiosity and a love of learning and building a strong foundation to set them on their path to future success. We want them to start to see the world of opportunities open to them in their future and ensure we are building the skills, abilities, and beliefs to prepare them to take advantage of those opportunities.
I look forward to the year ahead and working with all of you to support our students' academic and personal growth.
Secondary Principal Kelly Ronn
I am very excited to begin working with families in the One91 Virtual Academy! I began in district 191 as principal of Metcalf Junior High (and then becoming Metcalf Middle school) and served as principal from 2003-2018. In 2018, I began as principal of Burnsville Alternative High School, where I still currently serve as principal. I will be adding to my duties and serve as the 6-12 Virtual Academy principal as well.
I have bachelor’s degree in elementary, middle school and science education (University of Wisconsin-La Crosse), a master’s degree in education administration (Marian University, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin), and administrative licensure K-12 from Saint Mary’s University.
I am excited to partner with our VA students and families to continually improve the online learning experience.
